Earnings Potential vs What I Do Now

Deducting personal expense and all that, let's just say this comes to about $30 per hour. On a good day, I can make this much doing runs on the app.

It's not just the hourly rate that I am considering. I also look at the opportunity that you won't find sitting in an office taking customer calls. When doing runs, I can shoot video. I can go fishing when I find a good spot. I can take time off whenever I need to. I get to meet and talk to people. You won't find this with office work like the one above.

On average, I make about $10 to $15 per hour. It isn't much. This is enough to cover my rent and food. I don't have much left after that. What helps though is what I make on my channel. It's about $200 per month and growing. This is the long-term cash flow that I am cultivating. Growing the channel is my main job and business.

When I'm not getting enough runs on the app, I shoot video. When I find a good spot, scene or situation while doing runs, I shoot video. Once the video is published, the algorithm feeds it to current and new audience. It's working 24/7. The algorithm feeding this to new people ensures that the cash flow grows over time. You don't have this opportunity working for a call center.

It's a rush to have steady income from call center work, but after six months, that salary wouldn't be enough. You'd have that steady and 'secure' paycheck for the next 24-months at least. In the meantime, the price of grocery goes up by ten percent every month.

The revenue from my channel grows by about ten percent each month. At least it keeps up with inflation. One other advantage to running my own business this way is that, when I move, I still make money. If I were to stay at a call center work, I would not be able to travel or move when it pleases me. The fishing that I do requires me to move regularly. Working in a call center, I can still go fishing, but the travel will use up most of my free time, then head back to my cubicle come monday.

You won't find me sitting in a cubicle anymore. If I had to, I'd work 24-hours fishing, biking, and making videos -- rain or shine. And you'd find me having a great time doing so.
